My whole naborhood's power went off at about 10:00 last night! I was in the middle of writing a post and the lights and everything went out! It freaked me out! I was sitting in my room typing on my brothers laptop when my lights went out I looked up thinking someone had turned off my lights but no one had! My mom and I got two flashlights and just hung ut for a while. When my brother got home we went outside. He used his camera to take 15 second long pictures. It takes that long to gather the light in the dark night. We took some pictures together. But if you look carefully, we arn't exactly there all the way....
